SO :) got to see 3 of my girlies yesterday! that was pretty awesomesauce~ dressed one of 'em up in my prom dress (looks like a wedding dress) & did her makeup all pretty :) tehee. then took pics of her + the 2 girls as a "bridal party".. haha! love you giiiirls~ took reg pics of them of course. post those up later? hmmm~ 

ate at YOSUKE up in anaheim hills-- so good! the portions are HUUUGE.. so stuffed :X then 2 girls left and it was me n' gdawg~ went to go look through target since we passed by it and i got a tunic/dress, wrist cuff and new ring (lost my newest one! argh). headed back to my house.. got tired.. decided to bug justin do into going to guppie's with us.. were COMPLETELY RANDOM at guppies, hahaha! it was pretty awesome though. 

headed home.. packed.. left for SB. tiiiired.. but very glad to see the boyfriend :) missed him! went to sleep.. woke up around 4:30PM.... LOL. i dunno :| i guess i was just super tired.. 

haven't done much today. just catched up on beautyblogs.. had 150+.. man! hahaha.

topic: FRIENDS.

i'm sure you all know (and have) different "levels" of friends. but there are some that i just can't "classify"..

1. people you talk to lots and hang out with lots

2. people you talk to lots, don't really hang out with

3. people you don't really talk to, but hang out with

4. people you used to talk to, want to hang out with, but don't

5. everyone else who falls into different categories at different times.

in reference to #3.. it's strange. at guppyhouse, for instance. i don't really TALK to him much, we don't share life stories, we don't even chat occasionally.. but somehow, whenever i come back home or go to riverside, i call him up. and we hang out and we HUG like good friends hug (not the one-armed half-assed hug), really solid. we talk about random things, there's no awkward silences, lots of laughing and joking. we joke like good friends joke. but we don't talk about serious things. does that make sense? we talk about random things and we inquire about general life ("where's your boyfriend?" "how's school?" "so you're going into psychology?" "how's work?" etc) but it doesn't get deep and serious. 

in short, we have fun together like good friends do, but we don't talk like good friends do. 

it makes me wonder why i can't hang out with/etc my good friends more often. or why i don't make him a closer friend. 

hm, i dunno. i guess that wasn't too in depth, but it was on my mind. 

back to looking for birthday/christmas presents.

went to PANERA for lunch w/ my mom + chris + linda (family friends). they're like aunts to me, basically.. i bet they've known me pretty much my entire life. aaanyway.. it was pretty good :) though i think i liked the turkey sandwich better than the three chicken thing i got.. eh.. s'all good. then we talked about lots of things.. politics, discovery channel stuff, couples, photography, their japanese class, etc. it was pretty fun :) then i went to cinema city to pick up tickets for the movie (later).. and i.. forgot what i did for the next few hours.. kat posted up some pics of me up on facebook 'cause we gots our hair dids together :3 tehee. then i webcammed with her and i was being really random/hyper and making her give me the _._;;; face.. hahaha.

next thing i knew it was about 4:20 and i hADD to go take a shower D; then right as i got out, cuzz called and said she was at cinema city already D: blargh! got ready FAST.. drove off...... without her present! blargh again. so i went back, got it, met up with her.. waited for a bit for beth to come.. then went to go to our movie :) got a necklace from beth, shaped like a.. hibiscus? is that what it is? it's pretty anyways, tehees. thanks beth!. what was our movie? BRIDE WARS! it was preeeeetty funny, i really liked it. definitely not a movie i think bryant would've willingly gone to see.. hmm.. who knows.

went to guppy house for dinner.. got a thai milk tea in honor of the missing gdawg ;P haha. then a kimchi (for jade! korean ;P hahah just in case you missed that connection) bowl thing.. it was pretty good.. but made me sweat :| boo spicyness. watched beth peel most of the breading off her popcorn chicken.. and.. had a few LOOONG bouts of laughter. at cuzz tripping all over the place.. AND RUNNING INTO THE DOOR!! hahahaha yea cuzz, sorry but i had to add it in here ;) and beth, for her telling me that whenever she sees thai milk tea, that she thinks it's carrot juice..... LOL. etc. it was pretty hilarious :) we were just craaaaazy.. hahahaa i bet our server thought we were freakin high AND buzzed. he kept giving us weird looks.. which made us laugh more.. hmm.. 

opened presents.. stace didn't take too long to open up my box (and she opened it with a fork!! hahaa) and she liked the shirt i got her :).. and.. she freaking LOVED her poster ;) i know, it's hottness. it was the rolling stone cover of zac effron (sp?) pulling his shirt up. HHAHA. she kept laughing! it was really hilarious. then i got my presents :DD got a card that was wrapped in a plastic bag that was wrapped in duct tape.. LOL. fyi gdawg, it took me about 1.5min to open it. piece of caaaake ;P hahaha. and it was unknowingly shaped like a stocking :) how funny. got an AMAZING SCARF (coughcough) how did you know i wanted it?? ;P harhar. and.. a BATHROBE!!! hahahaa. it's sooooo comfy :) i'm actually wearing it right now. i freaking love it, hahaha. THANKS GDAWG/BETH! yes, i already have an embarrassing picture with it on, whenever cuzz uploads the pics. sort of afraid :| hahaha. why do i always make faces and be embarrassing in pictures? to keep the stalkers away! hahaha ;P 

after, we went outside and took pics.. laughed some more.. and after awhile we decided that we were cold so we went into beth's car and recorded some ring tones.. my ringtone on cuzz's phone is DANGEROUS by AKON!! yeayyuhhhhh ;) it's freaking awesome. then we talked some more.. and more.. and more.. it was just good ESTROGEN TIME. ya digg? i need me some more estrogen time. as love as i completely love living with the boyfriend, it's still completely different talking to him and talking to my lovelies. 

took stace home.. watched her trip on the grass/sidewalk boundary.. LOL. love you cuzz!!

got home.. beth IMed me on the gmail thing.. then i watched cuzz's CD she gave us.. the videos.. are freaking amazing. i LOVE/ADORE/CHERISH YOU TO THE MAX!! i have to say though, it makes me want to grow out my hair again.. hahaa. i miss it. but, yea. THANKS CUZZ! i adore it ;)

not that texas has mountains for me to go around.. but.. yes. i am heading home soon! way too soon! and yes, the title of my blog was going to be "yea she's coming" but then i decided dinner was SO good that it deserved to be the title of my blog :) 

vic&anthony's.. TO DIE FOR. oh man. the bread they had on the table was GOOD. had a shirley temple and it was GOOD. 

had calamari for appetizer.. which was PRETTY GOOD, even though i don't like squid. 

then we had salads.. and i had something somesort of pear salad.. that was GOOD. split it with bryant and it still was a fairly large portion, looked almost the same size as bill's (and i assume he got a full size). 

then our steaks came.. filet mignon.. YUM. 

and our sides.. asparagus, au gratin potatoes and some sort of mushroom thing that i didn't touch. YUM YUM and N/A. 

then dessert.. i had the bread pudding.. YUM. bryant got chocolate cake and that was YUM too. 

of course.. by then i was sooo stuffed.. i couldn't finish my dessert. even got part of the steak bagged. but it was sooooooo good :) mmmm.. too bad it was expensive. something like $120 just for the 4 steaks! ouch. but if you have monies.. and you're in houston.. GOOO! :) 

what a way to end our stay at houston! delicious breakfast/brunch, delicious dinner.. 

got toasted at dinner :) apparently they said the dinner was for bryant's early bday.. hahha. his mom said "to sarah.. you really are a lovely, lovely girl.. and you're way too good for bryant". hahha. his mom is awesome, i love her. then after seeing bryant's look, she just changed it to "you're not WAY TOO good for him.. just.. too good for him."

so our plans for tomorrow? wake up at 4:00.. leave by 5:30.. plane leaves around 7:20 (it says on our passes that boarding is at 6:30? wtf? i dunno).. get to LAX approx 9:05.. then head back to my house and sleeeeeeeeeep.

houston, we have no problems.

after that very angry post last time.. i crawled into bed next to bryant and just.. felt at peace. i dunno. he just does that to me. it's kinda weird.. 

mostly been relaxing, like i said before. i think i've read a total of about.. 8-10 books since i've gotten here? now, they're not all thick books like war and peace or harry potter.. but they're books. that's a huge improvement--i haven't read a real book for myself in quite awhile. so i'm quite satisfied :) i want to grab another book but i'm afraid i won't finish it in time and that.. would suck. but. you know. eh. 

been playing lots of Wii Fit like i said before.. and i got bored and bryant had left me at home 'cause he was going to see his friend about some business thing, etc, boring.. so i went and made lots of little Mii's :) haha. first me.. then bryant.. and then i went crazy. my parents, his parents, noah and joyce, his brother + wife, his sister.. then i made the fab5 (well.. 4 girls).. then i made the 4 guys. LOL. it's like an army. i was trying to take pictures but the TV refresh rate kept getting in the way. but i shall figure out a way.. maybe.. if i'm not too lazy.. 

shot a wedding :) well.. bryant was shooting video (first time) and i was assisting him (downloading his cards, holding lights when necessary, etc) plus i got to shoot some stills too. met with tricoast.. aka the people bryant used to intern with. mike, suzie (his korean gf) and cody. apparently there was a third one and suzie (susie?) isn't really part of TRICOAST (company) but.. eh. you know. s'all good. mike was really cool and funny.. cody was funny too but i never really talked to him at all. didn't even get intro'd. and it was so loud and busy i just didn't get around to it, didn't seem too concerned though. wedding was at a super nice looking church (Episcopalian) and had their reception at a really nice country club (the black forest club). all around that area are just.. mansions. HUGE! bryant told me his parents almost got a house out there but decided not to (costs too much). but really, wow. i didn't get any good pictures of the houses since we were driving, but still. it was like.. the montecito mansions of texas! hahah. 

went to go see valkyrie.. and.. eh. you know, i didn't think it was all that great really. it could partially be because i was tired and because bryant was falling asleep.. but.. really. i stayed awake and was just sort of disappointed. they had too little of a storyline to work with and they didn't do enough with it--or maybe they did a lot but because there's so little story or time period to work with, it just didn't happen. they needed to add more history into it, i think.. or.. something. an oomph would've been nice. 

oh! amazing pancakes? go to CRACKER BARREL. yea, i laughed when i heard the name the first time too. but they really are delicious pancakes :) a little greasy i thought.. at least this time (went this morning.. well.. cough. got there around 11:15 'cause we had to run some errands plus i didn't get up until 10am.. LOL go figure).. i think they were better in arizona or where ever we were.. hahah. but. s'all good. they're still really good. i took some pics but of course with my d300 so i gotta upload those.. then.. yea. etc. so i'll post those later, though you can't taste through pics.. but.. whatever! D: 

i dunno what we're doing for now.. but.. i want to go on a walk. and bryant just doesn't like taking walks! i dunno what it is. he's just against it. maybe i'll go by myself. either way.. by 7:45 we're supposed to head over to VIC & ANTHONY'S, a supposedly utterly amazing steak house out here.. got reservations and all. so it must be pretty nice. i can't wait :) today's gonna be filled with amazing food! 

then.... tomorrow.. we gotta head to the airport by 5:30am :( our flight leaves around 7ish.. get back to LAX around 9:00am.. ridiculously earrllllyyyyy.. boooo..... 

i have to say.. i think i really like houston. i dunno what it is.. either a mix of NOT DOING ANYTHING and his SUPER NICE HOUSE and dad's AWESOME CAR (lexus) and NEW CITY.. eaitng out lots.. his obnoxious but loving dogs.. his cat (!!) that finally is letting me pet him without yawling or hissing or growling or whatever. having laundry machines downstairs. having our own bathroom. like i said, i don't really know what it is.

it's nice really, really nice here. this is really a great winter vaca for me.. even though i didn't get to see you girls at all (except gdawg).. i saw the guys at least :) which was good. i guess it's 'cause i don't have responsibilities. it's a nice change. i still pick up and clean a little but it's nothing like what i have to do at home. i don't have to cook, i don't have to do dishes. dishes don't get piled up into the sink. if i help out here, i get thanked. if i sit down, a dog usually comes running to be pet. if i'm hungry, bryant doesn't reply, "go eat something". i don't have to drive (even though i love driving you fab5 girls). it's all new here. the room doesn't get cluttered, and even if it does, it only takes 2 minutes to clean up because we don't have that many clothes here. i'm not bored here, and even if i am, i find something to do. bryant has all new books here, ones i mostly haven't read. among other things.. i don't feel the need to blog randomly because i have nothing else to do (my first blog of the year is on jan 7! i haven't blogged in a week!). 

it's just nice. 

and it'll be nice to get back home too.. but.. still. different kind of nice.

posting.. hahaa. yup. no more daily posts of randomness! i'm sure it's a relief to you girls though :P

no makeup! yup. haven't been wearing makeup.. mostly because.. i just feel.. so damn lazy. i dunno, even my 5min makeup (or less) just seems like it's such a big effort now.

* had sushi tonight :) yum. definitely full :X 

* bought fab5's presents :) online! haha, go figure. no time to go out and shop. HOPING you girls like it. and i stayed within my budget (about $75). sweeeeetsauce.

* shot my first wedding! sweeeeeeeet! it was really small.. just the couple, the judge and the witness (guy's bestfriend).. but.. nontheless.. very cute :) made me all happy and smiley, haha. they were so in love! so cute. they had only been dating for a few months.. but had known each other for a year or something like that. intense. but still, happy :) i think i could definitely do that.. you know.. shooting weddings. it's a fun experience. of course, she wasn't a bridezilla.. LOL (those crazy/stressed brides).. so.. we'll see if my opinion changes if i ever shoot for a bridezilla wedding.. 

* AND.. hahhaa. well.. i don't know about you girls but i tend to (consciously or subconsciously) say things or drop hints just to see what bryant's reaction is.. and i brought up marriage/weddings again to him (again). something along the lines of "just think.. this could be OUR wedding!" and instead of giving me that weird "ok i'm creeped out" look and backing away, he just said "i hope not".. and went on to say, "i hope it's not like this" (this small/etc). aw, that made me happy too :) hahhaa. of course, i'm sure he'll still give me that creeped out reaction anyways..

* E.L.F. shipment coming.. in two days? three days? finally.. freakin a. it came from NJ.. to sacramento.. then PAST me to chino! wtf? 

* the boyfriend is being awesomely cuddly lately :) he's like.. my own personal heater! NOT awesome when he's the cold one though :(

cosmetic news? i went out and bought the BIORE ultra deep cleansing pore strips.. put one on myself and one on the boyfriend (he asked for it! literally).. waited.. and.. it did NOTHING for me! wtf? do i just not get blackheads on my nose? i squeeze it and white stuff comes out :( it's really, really gross. nose poo! but.. yea. it didn't do anything for me. no discomfort, no nothing. sad! worked a little for the boyfriend but.. yea.. i dunno. jetted an e-mail over to my mom to ask her to go to mitsuwa for me, since i'm in whitey white santa barbara..
