a bit too shimmery on the inner lid.. changed it up to maybelline's LINEN and it worked lots better. but you get the idea (used MAC shroom for this set of pics)

the happy couple! we survived the 3 hour plane flight. he was very happy to get off that plane. oh! and that's a tshirt i got him :) haha. it says "stop destroying our planet! it's where i keep all my stuff". 

NATCHITOCHES
guess what i did? did a revision sketch for a tattoo.. that.. GINA (bryant's mom!) was going to get. crazy huh? and at the last minute she decided to get actual notes instead of the hearts, which i'm glad for. the hearts looked a little cheesy. and she took my sketch to the parlor and GOT IT DONE! w00t, my second tattoo design that has been immortalized into someone's flesh. weird to think about huh. notes for you non-sight readers are D-C (son Daniel & wife kristin Campbell), A (daughter Amanda) and B (son Bryant). cool, eh? it was mostly her idea but i revised it 'cause it was a sleepless night and.. i felt like sketching. OH. she also didn't get the notes filled in so i think it looks sort of weird.. half notes.. eh. BLAH BLAH BLAH! gotta take a pic of the actual tattoo if i remember to :)

okay.. so i posted this mostly because i thought i looked good :) i don't know what bryant's doing. then again, do i ever really know what he's doing??

the magic bracelet i had to wear to the TSO performance.. we were supposed to have our own room (got the tix from bill--dad--'s company.. and they bought a room).. but the room wasn't open and bleh. didn't really matter. played pool--i schooled bryant~ yayuhhh :) ate some bar nuts (beer nuts?).. got a shirley temple that tasted like sprite.. hmm.. and that the ushers went CRAZY for.. if you didn't show your bracelet immediately.. all hell broke loose. jeez :| i understand it being special and all but.. eh. whatever. it was cool not being in long lines or anything :) like.. VIP! or something. except less cool 'cause the room wasn't open.

TRANSIBERIAN ORCHESTRA

okay.. so. described the bracelets already. so i'll keep the rest short 'cause i want to wash my face.. and find where bryant is. 

1. THE LIGHTING WAS FREAKING AWESOME. 

2. the guitarists's "battle" was awesome

3. the two pianists song/thing was DEFINITELY awesome.

4. the choir/singers were.. not so awesome. except for ONE guy! he was amazing. one girl had a soprano-like solo thing and she.. definitely had some flat notes. and way up high AND really loud? i left to go to the bathroom during this song and was glad for it. 

then we came back.. 6 people packed into 1 car. hm. not so fun for my butt.. or bryant's leg apparently. got home.. left to get some food.. dan + kristin came with us. went to TACO CABANA.. it was pretty good :) 

i'm thinking i should write a list of recommended places to go/reviews for the houston area.. just in case any of you decide to mosey on out here. but maybe it's more for me, haha. who knows if i'll even do it :)

HAPPY BIRTHDAY ADAM K LAM! (dec 28th). 

lazy

i've been lazy with:

posting.. hahaa. yup. no more daily posts of randomness! i'm sure it's a relief to you girls though :P

no makeup! yup. haven't been wearing makeup.. mostly because.. i just feel.. so damn lazy. i dunno, even my 5min makeup (or less) just seems like it's such a big effort now. 

aaanyway.. sarah news? 

* had sushi tonight :) yum. definitely full :X 

* bought fab5's presents :) online! haha, go figure. no time to go out and shop. HOPING you girls like it. and i stayed within my budget (about $75). sweeeeetsauce.

* shot my first wedding! sweeeeeeeet! it was really small.. just the couple, the judge and the witness (guy's bestfriend).. but.. nontheless.. very cute :) made me all happy and smiley, haha. they were so in love! so cute. they had only been dating for a few months.. but had known each other for a year or something like that. intense. but still, happy :) i think i could definitely do that.. you know.. shooting weddings. it's a fun experience. of course, she wasn't a bridezilla.. LOL (those crazy/stressed brides).. so.. we'll see if my opinion changes if i ever shoot for a bridezilla wedding.. 

* AND.. hahhaa. well.. i don't know about you girls but i tend to (consciously or subconsciously) say things or drop hints just to see what bryant's reaction is.. and i brought up marriage/weddings again to him (again). something along the lines of "just think.. this could be OUR wedding!" and instead of giving me that weird "ok i'm creeped out" look and backing away, he just said "i hope not".. and went on to say, "i hope it's not like this" (this small/etc). aw, that made me happy too :) hahhaa. of course, i'm sure he'll still give me that creeped out reaction anyways.. 

* oh em eff gee! i'm talking to mitsu online! she's not dead!! x33 

* E.L.F. shipment coming.. in two days? three days? finally.. freakin a. it came from NJ.. to sacramento.. then PAST me to chino! wtf? 

* the boyfriend is being awesomely cuddly lately :) he's like.. my own personal heater! NOT awesome when he's the cold one though :(

cosmetic news? i went out and bought the BIORE ultra deep cleansing pore strips.. put one on myself and one on the boyfriend (he asked for it! literally).. waited.. and.. it did NOTHING for me! wtf? do i just not get blackheads on my nose? i squeeze it and white stuff comes out :( it's really, really gross. nose poo! but.. yea. it didn't do anything for me. no discomfort, no nothing. sad! worked a little for the boyfriend but.. yea.. i dunno. jetted an e-mail over to my mom to ask her to go to mitsuwa for me, since i'm in whitey white santa barbara.. 

time to go to sleeeeeeep. blog about more randomness later.

procrastinating

christmas plans.. i still don't know when we're leaving for texas but i think for the actual days of christmas, we're going to his grandparents' house in louisiana! their town is called natchitoches.. and it's pronounced "na ka tish" (wtf right? yea i know). then the rest of the time we're gonna be at his parents house in houston. we're just gonna drive there (to his gparents') apparently, only about 4 hours away. AWESOME. louisiana! that's about as far east as i've ever been.. minus japan ;) hahhaa. but you know. i think it'll definitely be interesting. get to meet his big sis (daunting!).. she seems pretty cool but she's being playfully (i hope) threatening. when bryant+fam was in costa rica for christmas, the one told he called me.. he was at a bar with his sister, drunk.. and she told me she'd kill me if i hurt him.. or something like that. of course, when i went to houston and met his mom, she told bryant that she'd kill him if he hurt me. LOL :)

so.. that's about.. 4 days in louisiana.. then the rest of the time in texas. total of about 2.5 weeks? 2 weeks? i dunno :| bryant wants to spend the max amount of time in texas. just hope i can get home enough to see you girls for awhile! you people actually.. now that my blog is public. harhar. 

KATIE!! the reason why i think it's odd is 'cause though bryant and i have been dating for about 13 months.. noah and joyce have been together for.. well.. much less than me. maybe about 2-3 months? plus my mom's friends are way more likely to ask if noah and joyce got married just 'cause he's older and around that engaged/married age :P

ohh i'm going through hot chocolate like it's toilet paper! and that's a mildly gross analogy because hot chocolate is brown and poo is brown, which you use TP for (i hope). plus hot chocolate makes you pee thus you have to use TP too (again, i hope).. 

JADE!! i need to know when you want to do that dinner thing :| ASAP!

i'm getting into this habit (not really) of burping.. which.. bryant finds absolutely disgusting. and i've told him that HIS burps and farts are absolutely disgusting (which is why i started burping, to give him a taste of his own medicine).. so he's laid down a compromise that he won't burp if i don't burp. i said fair enough. yet he keeps burping. JERK! he says he's trying really hard but it doesn't seem like it. in fact, it seems like he's burping more often SINCE this compromise than before. hmm... fishy fishy. we'll see though.

that's not all! just.. that's all i took pics of in the dressing room ;) hahaha. it was mostly to send to bryant to see if he liked them or not.. 'cause.. if he doesn't like it, chances are i'm just on a buy-shop-happy mood and won't like it later. it's very convenient having a boyfriend :) LOL. though not only for that reason of course! i tried finding pics of my clothes online (mostly my wet seal stuff) but.. none of it was online. what the heck! i guess i just get the old stuff that no one wants :) hahhaa. either that or they suck at updating their website.. who knows.

speaking of the boyfriend.. i started in on his "christmas box". full of.. randomness. i doubt he reads this.. mostly because.. i've never seen it on his screen.. and i'm basically always around him. so.. BRYANT WALLACE SWANSTROM, IF YOU ARE READING THIS, YOU BETTER STOP. NOW. love you :) hahhaa.

aaanyway.. got him a tshirt so far.. a pair of boxers.. and some chocolate (ferrer rocher.. he goes through that like it's air!). trying to think of what else i can get him.. anything at the camera store that's affordable.. he's bought already. poo! and i don't want to buy it in front of his face. so we'll just have to see. maybe i'll do something cute and sentimental ;) hahaa. we'll see. either way, i need to concentrate on getting gifts for the other 3 of the fab5! eeek.. and not knowing when we're gonna get together for jade's bday dinner.. and are we gonna get together post-new years for gift exchange?? sort of seems like it, esp with me gone.. and the rest of you and your vacations :P ahha. yay! i'm finally going somewhere for christmassss :) 

i just have to get through 2 more weeks of class. ughh :( i could complain more about it but i won't. already missed both classes today.. the finance make up class on monday.. and didn't feel like going to class on tuesday, but did anyway. ARGH! really need to get OFF my ass and start DOING stuff. i hope the teacher accepts our late assignments :| we'll see..... demo tomorrow morning and class at noon(ish). we'd better go. i'm tired of making excuses.. to myself. and other people. i just feel bad :( 

potential new year's resolution list:

- wean self off of procrastinating

- lose weight (8-10lbs)

- exercise more.. bring tennis stuff up to sb!!

- shoot for myself more.. keep my creativity going

- sleep like a normal person! aka.. sleep around 11-12.. wake up around 9-10 (no more 2-4pm). 

- open up a ROTH IRA

- spend less D:

- save more

- cook more! go out less.

- complain less.. unless it's going to destroy my soul.

- be a better person.. in general.

huzzah. time to go shoot or at least empty my bladder.
