more aimlessness

SO.. seeing as i'm posting mainly about clothes lately.. why not keep up the trend? :D seeing as i've been LAZY as HEEEEELL with my face (besides morningly skincare routine which lasts about.. 5 minutes.. and an ALL OVER body lotion session. gotta take care of my skin!) which means NO MAKE UP which means.. nothing to post about, makeup-wise :D oh i know, that was such a far-off connection/deduction/etc. 

ho hum.

anyways.. so.. of course, AFTER i buy my forever21 stuff, as i'm browsing around online (i've subscribed to SO MANY makeup/fashion blogs it's ridiculous! thanks google reader!), i find MORE cute stuff.. but at this point, i think i can wait for one of their sales. i HOPE the item/s still stay there, but if not.. i'll post 'em up here so at least i can imagine having them... 

well, i would BUT.. of course, their website decides to stop working--okay, wtf? it just started working again.

plaid-ish flats? cute. i dunno about the weird zipper looking thing but i'm sure i could get over it, if i were to ever buy these.. which i doubt.. mostly because i'm too in love with my red flats i just bought :) tehee. OH! i dropped them off at aldo to get them stretched--i don't even have to break them in!! (thank GOODNESS because i wore them for about 30 minutes and my feet were kiiiiiilling me! i don't know what it was!).

wide sash belts are cute :) plus the material looks soft-ish. always a plus. 

not the coolest tshirt but i think the random design looks cool. of course i don't know what the design IS so it might not be as cool as i think. plus it has pink on it xP bleh!

beeecause i like grey, black, racerbacks and stripes. dunno about the cowl neck though.. reminds me too much of my 8th grade promotion dance dress. xP bleh!

also in grey/taupe, which i think might be a little better. but i have way too much black.. so white/black it is! ;P IF i were to get it. now, if it was tunic-length and if i could wear stockings underneath.. CUTE. however, i don't know how long it is (i really need to measure how long my torso is..)

cute dress, yes? yes. i LOVE the color too, royal blue is AWESOMENESS. wish i had more boobies to show off.. but i don't.. but i think it would look good regardless. this alone might make me want to make another purchase but I SHALL HAVE SOME WILL POWER!

it just looks so cute on that model.. plus i have short hair too! couldn't it look at least half as good on me as it does on her? maybe? but i'm not a huge fan of built-in spaghetti straps. HMM.. i'm sure i'll survive, if i ever do decide to purchase it (where's my effing 15% coupon??).

AMERICAN APPAREL
simple, very versatile. i dunno though, i usually don't like the fit of most AA stuff. 

and i think i hear some neighbors outside hitting on each other.. via their dogs interacting. HMM.. this place is interesting indeed. there are so many people outside! it's so weird. it's usually never this loud. maybe some new people moved in and i just didn't notice (sort of hard, but then again we don't go outside all that often unless we have to, we're some special kind of lazy).. 

um.. let's see. since this IS a blog about ME.. i guess i should at least update a little ;P 

i've been sort of slacking on the 11pm-8am thing.. today i woke up at 10am.. and i blame it on bryant! usually he's awake so when he's not my heat source, i usually can wake up pretty much on time.. but he stayed in bed today. AND i've been sleeping a little later, mostly because.. i don't know. i guess i just spend so much time browsing the net that i just lose track of time.. or something. weird, eh? when you look up at the clock and think, "holy shit?!".. then.. it's time to.. i dunno. get a life or something ;P 

i've been trying to schedule a time to shoot w/ kelli (remember her from one of my previous posts?) and she said she'd call but she hasn't, so i texted her (in case she was in class) and.. still no response! i dunno :\ i'm also helping her out by giving her tips on monoblocs (lighting equipment). THIS ES NO BUENO! :( and we have FOUR assignments due on sunday, not only 3.. ah, well. i guess i'll just brainstorm, and if i can't get her to model.. then.. yea. i dunno. 

OH! and the dishes got done. i finally just.. got sick and tired of seeing so many dishes that i was moving dishes around in the sink (sort of loudly, not really on PURPOSE) and.. TA DAAAH! the boyfriend shows up and starts doing them for me! what a sweetheart :) :) :) i was so happy that i hugged him for about.. oh i dunno.. 5 minutes while he was washing dishes.. then decided that he couldn't stack dishes in correctly (in order to maximize space of the dish dryer thing) so i started wiping dishes. the whole process must've taken about 30 minutes (he says 45). but i was SO HAPPY! :) i even made him lunch without any sort of grumble, pretend or real ;P hahah. 

aaand.. i've been using the laptop.. basically.. all the time. partly because i never really liked where the computer is in the bedroom and partly because blake needs a mouse so i lent him mine and decided to just.. use the laptop. i took it back on sunday to edit my stuff and turn it in but lent it to him again. maybe i'll get him a mouse for an early birthday present. 

what i really should be doing with my money is to put some in a ROTH and $100 towards my website. actually. i think i'll do that now.. the website part at least. get the money sent, then start bugging them to actually set it up.. then.. i'll probably have LOTS less time 'cause i gotta sift through pictures and decide which ones i want to put up, which will probably make me dissatisfied with my work and want to take new ones which is ALWAYS GOOD! :) 

hmm.. i got lost in looking through bludomain sites (where i already put down $100.. but i might be in love with another site! oh noes! must find the original site i was looking at and compare!).

sb since the new yr

played tennis sat morning.. wasn't going to.. but.. decided i was just being a lazy ass and got myself up and went. it was pretty fun.. played mostly with this guy named "tom"? he had a really heavy vietnamese accent so it was hard to understand him. and he covered, LITERALLY covered--his face was white!--with suntan lotion.. while i forgot to put some on. booo.. lost most of my sets (3/4) but it was fun anyways :) they were all close ones except for the one that i won (w/ tom). 

decided i wasn't going to take the 2pm train. ate lunch.. then noah and joyce were gonna go boutique shopping (apparently there's 2 in the east lake shopping center??) so i went too :) went to.. adanyas? or something like that. next to happy bagel, joauquin's(sp?). got a dress.. size L.. so it's very loose.. but it was on sale (orig $40, got it for $34 WITH another 20% off). i figured it might look better with a belt, but who knows. i'd need to get a thin(?) black belt.. maybe.. hmm.. tried some chip and pepper jeans.. SO COMFORTABLE! but i wasn't in love with the fit :\ so i didn't get them. tried on some other nice jeans at the other boutique that was closing (SASSY BOUTIQUE - 60% off?) but wasn't in love with the fit either.. boohoooo.. also went to steinmart and bought some stockings.

home, tired. showered, packed, left for the train.. got there around 5:20 or something, bought my tickets, waited. got on the train.. sat across from some white guy who seemed kinda miffed that i was invading "his space". i dunno. tried to sleep but managed to get one of the few seats that DIDN'T RECLINE. ugh! he left after oxnard so i stole his seat and MAN, train travel isn't so bad! hahha. of course we were delayed 30 min but, eh. bryant picked me up, i was very happy to see him :) went home.. KNOCKED OUT.. hahaha. 

today? woke up 8am :( went to class.. 9:30-3:30! ughh. 30 min break for lunch and breaks during class but still. loooong. chipotle for lunch. after class, went to blue bee.. since they were having massive sales.. andddd..

^ my new jeans. looooove! :) it makes my butt look nice.. hahahha. from BLUE BEE DENIM.. entire store was 80% off! so instead of $198 (in store price), i got them for about $45 :) tehee. i've been wanting grey jeans for awhile.. so YAY! :) 

got home.. and.. found out my car was freakin' towed!!!!  D: D: D: D: D: i usually park on a side street, since bryant and i go basically every where together and since the other roomie needs a parking spot. and it's usually FINE.. but apparently they were having construction and had a sign posted up so i got freakin' TOWED! i was REALLY upset. and the sign says "no parking tuesday" blahblah.. SO GAY. i don't know what's going on! :( :( called SB city hall, said i needed to call the PD.. said it was a $101 fee plus the car wasn't in my name so my parents had to fax something over, releasing it to me. then on top of that, the cost for towing the car (and storage for one day) is $242!!! WHAT THE FCUKK! i was freeeeaking upset. i think i might try to fight it (even though i'm sure court won't be fun). SIHT, man! i'm pissed! i teared up for awhile.. then bryant hugged me and made me laugh. still kinda upset. gotta go pick it up before 2pm otherwise i'll get charged another $40 something for another day of storage. UGH~ :( what a ballbuster. 

anyway.. yea :\ sigh. bryant and i decided to wake up every day at 8am, regardless of the day.. and sleep at 11:00 or 11:30 latest.. just to get me on a normal person's sleeping schedule.. hahha. aiyeee. i bet this first week's gonna be hell! and no more sleeping in, not even on weekends! gonna be a bummer but it's for the best, i really do have a horrible sleeping schedule, and waking up late has made me late for multiple, multiple things.

on a positive note.. my dad bought some mexican hot chocolate from a 99 cent store.. and it's pretty good! only thing that sucks is that it takes awhile to prep since you gotta grate the chocolate block thing, heat up milk, etc. but it's.. i dunno.. cinnamon-y? and good :) so that's been my comfort "food"..

and that ends my blog. my right hand keeps spazzing for no reason.

i don't think i've forgotten to update about anything, right? :\ hmm.. 

ah! being spendthrift. the jeans i had to snag 'cause i've been wanting those for awhile and the perfect opportunity just came up :) other than that.. i'm trying to stay away from clothing and stuff. i'm pretty sure i found cuzz's birthday present (early, i know! haha) and part of bryant's birthday present (feb5).. and some darned cute boots off wet seal.. 'cause i've been wanting another pair of boots (but brown) since my purse is now brown instead of black. vanity thing. but they are cute :) and besides that.. i dunno. maybe a lipstick or two (NYX round lipsticks.. about $1.50/ea).. and.. that's IT. save save save! bryant and i agreed on trying not to eat out (but darn these 6 hour classes.. we'll just have to make/bring lunch).. my bank accnts are at an all time low! :( booo.. but i did get $740 of the $760 that i was owed.. but.. still. blehhh.

140. new craze

so i decided although clothes are cute.. and VS's jackets are definitely cute.. i don't like wool. and i've been fairly disappointed with my recent online purchases.. so i'm moving over to make-up. weird, huh? it's just fun to put ON make up (eyeshadow, lipstick/lipgloss) and just feel pretty. even if it's not much, it just makes me feel better some days.

of course, make up, as is with everything else, is terribly expensive :( MAC eyeshadows are $14.50 each! yikes. no bueno! :( no bueno, i say! not to mention the other products they have.. they work so nicely.. but are so expensive. :(

- some shade of green? i'm thinking darker tones 'cause light green = no bueno in my experience. unless it's SHINY green. then maybe :)
- adding some color.. or mixing colors together. i had a successful purple+orange+gold+light gold going on the other day.. but.. maybe if they were more vibrant colors. it might be easier and show up better if you have a double lid BUT i will find a way!

of course my end results don't end up nearly as dramatic as her look.. i stick to browns or just the darker tone or the color that i'm using (light/dark blue, gold/brown, red/brown). i know i have a picture of my eyes SOMEwhere.. i just don't remember where. and i'm sitting at home in yorba with no pictures :( and no calibrated monitor to edit the pics that i DID take.. and still craving pinkberry. boooo..



i still want to find a place to get my eyebrows done. i know regular nail salons do it but i don't know if they do a GREAT job. a GOOD job maybe but eyebrows are precious. believe me, i know. i overplucked a few times, especially when i first started in 8th grade and oh me oh my i had a chola look (no offense). it just did NOT work well for me at all. and now they're all bushy and long.. i need to get them trimmed and i feel like i COULD do it myself but.. i don't trust myself with my eyebrows. much less hair cutting anymore beyond my bangs (which is iffy at times too).



hmm.. what else is on my mind.



GUITAR HERO WORLD TOUR IS AMAZING. i hurt my wrist playing it.. but.. it's definitely worth it. well. you know what i mean. not WORTH IT but "worth it". and my wrist feels fine now :) i love the new guitar too.. plus bryant hooked up his electronic drums (yes, he has electronic drums PLUS a regular drum set at home.. and my parents tell me I'M the one that's spoiled??) so that's awesome too. which frees me up to play guitar all the time 'cause he's obsessed with his drums, so no competition there :)

irrrrrrvine tomorrow! i hope i get to see all of the people that i want to see.. saw nikki hosang today and took her out to coffeebean.. then CUZZ and GDAWG and TRACE and BRYAN and RANTE and JIN and KRISTINA BUI and MICHELLE LEW and JENNY MIMURA. i feel like i'm forgetting people too :|

i've been up since 8am.. and.. i'm not even really tired. and i did NOT take a nap. wow. i really should sleep though :( try to regular my sleeping schedule.. no more sleeping at 3-4AM and waking up at 1-3PM.
