DAY 10

I knooooow I'm going ridiculously out of order but I wanted to post this one because I just remembered a random story that wasn't sad or spiteful hahahaa. I wasn't in a relationship with this guy (and never was) just to be straight forward. It was this guy.. and him conspiring with a few friends of mine (still good friends to this day) against me, but actually for me. PLUS um, you'll probably get a kick out of this story.

how I was asked to senior prom

Soooooo (okay, I'm being honest here.. don't make fun of me hahaha ESPECIALLY YOU REAL-LIFE FRIENDS who know who I'm talking about) it was around prom asking time.. and I had been hinting to this guy I sort of had a crush on (haha ok, so I did have a crush UGH EMBARRASSING) but he was sort of inbetween on who he was going to ask so I had sort of given up and was planning on going stag (not the end of the world).

by the way, you can tell how embarrassed I am by posting this because I keep injecting in little explanations in parenthesis, hahahaa. and now you can see how self conscious I feel 'cause I had to explain my explanations.

SOOO I had (mistakingly) told some of my close friends (who were also friends with him) that I wanted to go with him.. no idea what they were going to do with that information.. wow I was naive, hahaha. Anyway, so one of those friends called me for gov't notes, and I said sure she could borrow them. THEN she said that she really, really wanted to have them THAT DAY.. then I was suspicious.. but shrugged it off, the AP tests were coming up. THEN she said her car wasn't working so she was sending (guy) over to get them for her.

Keep in mind that I wasn't suspicious at ALL during this entire thing (except for the very last part) because of the kind of girl she is -- very sweet, honest, I didn't think she had it in her to be tricky or sneaky because she wears her heart on her sleeve, etc. LITTLE DID I KNOW..

I was a litttttttle suspicious at that point because I knew where both of them lived.. and they did NOT live near each other (both live 10min away from me.. in opposite directions).. but AGAIN, I shrugged it off. Okay, so it probably crossed my mind that he MIGHT be asking but I wasn't going to get my hopes up to find that he was actually coming to pick up the gov't notes for me and be crushed (haha, high school dramatics).

A few minutes later, (guy) called and said he was in front of my house.. not the most unusual thing ever, still sort of weird but maybe he had to go so he wanted me to have the notes ready so he could leave. Open the door, he's getting out of his car and he has roses in his hands and he was smiling.

I pretty much FREAKED out.. LOL. My jaw probably dropped to the floor and he was probably laughing at that and I didn't know what to do so I closed the door and like hopped around my front room going "oh my god oh my god oh my god" (in hindsight, thank goodness my parents weren't home otherwise they would've thought I was effing crazy).

Theeeen he knocked on the door and I managed to gather myself together and answered the door and he asked me and of COURSE.. I said yes. Theeen after he left, I forgot who called who but I was basically like "I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU TRICKED MEEEEEE!" except.. very loud and very adrenaline-filled and very excited.. and my friend was, needless to say, QUITE proud of herself.

And, by the way, we had an awesome time at prom :)

ANDDD.. BY THE WAY... if I didn't mention it before.. THIS IS SO EMBARRASSING. I seem like SUCH a dork hahaha. I don't think I've EVER written this down before, much less TOLD anybody. LOL my IRL friends are probably rolling on the floor laughing at me -__- can't believe I'm posting this.

GRR to the two ladies!! Hahahaa you know who you are. I heart you both TONS and TONS. AND I can't wait to see you guys tomorrow! x3
