TIRED

man oh man.. it's been a long day since i came home, hahah. dunno if you guys saw my twitter post but i came home varying speeds from 65~70 (most of the way.. 'cause bryant told me to be safe).. then 110 down the 57s 'cause some car was going that fast.. and.. i was bored.. and.. yes. it turned into a sort of race, but the other car won (obviously).. haven't driven that fast since i was takin' the sat-high classes at art center! :X not the smartest thing i've done.. but.. eh. it was entertaining :)

so uh.. i got home in less than 2 hours. oops?

got all of my stuff inside the house.. dad claims i was home at 3:30. hm. anyway.. checked internets.. slept.. woke up around 1pm? went downstairs, ate.. went to fedex.. got REALLY PISSED OFF.. man. i dunno what's going on with my brain but i guess i was still half asleep or something. so


short story:
there was a BITCH lady who was working at fedex today who really pissed me off.

long story:
was looking for some smaller boxes (smaller than 8x8x8 that i bought at CVS) to send out my packages in. went to fedex (in santa barbara). guy told me that *these* boxes were free.. didn't say that they were any special delivery method. so i thought FREE! and the asian in me grabbed 5 boxes and left. packed them when i got home.. took 'em down with me to homehome.. went to fedex today. filled out "ground shipping" forms 'cause.. i didn't know they were priority mail ONLY. went to go pay n stuff.. was told that they were priority only.. filled out priority forms. can't be that much more expensive, right? WRONG! they were about $12 per box!! so i went to go change from boxes to bags and some BITCH worker started getting on my CASE. "no ma'am (don't ma'am me when you're being fucking rude!) you can't switch. that's not fair, those are our last boxes" blahblah. and the guy who was helping me said "um.. yes it is fair" and NORMALLY i would've just let her be a bitch but today i couldn't keep my mouth shut and i TOLD her in a rather PISSED OFF voice, "not fair? i didn't even get these boxes from THIS LOCATION so you can't TELL me that these are YOUR LAST BOXES" etc.. and she shut up real fast. made NEW forms for ground shipping (smart me tore up the other ones i made), changed boxes, etc. i was SO mad i was shaking (haven't been that mad since.. uh.. middle school when i had a really bad temper?).. thankfully the boyfriend called and calmed me down (love you sweetie!). still, i was pretty pissed. set my packages on the counter and she was counting out some other envelopes and she was THROWING them down (i understand you're counting fast, etc.. but.. they were hitting my packages!). and then two FALL OVER. thank goodness i knew which ones were which 'cause if i didn't, i would've potentially sent the wrong package to the wrong place. UGH. then she was all like "oh.... i'm sorry" but DIDN'T STOOP TO HELP ME PICK THEM UP. bitch! i was pissed. but no one else was at the counter to help (this guy made eye contact with me.. moved to the other register.. then went back into the other areas to do god-knows-what). SO PISSED. was about to refuse service but decided not to be a bitch about it. got my stuff sent out and left. thank goodness the guy who was picking up packages waited around for mine to be done scanning.






LOL! hope ya'll enjoyed that~ i realize some of you don't like to read my rants. anyway.. left.. listened to music REALLY loud. debated on getting the dark DUO glue (katie recommended it) but the walgreens that was closest was a pharmacy only type place.. was gonna go to the other one.. and.. meh. talked to cuzzo on the phone :) woot thanks for listening to my rant hun. stopped by COFFEEBEAN and got me a whitechocolateultimate.. mmm.. and decided to look at some phones at cingular since it was next door. guy was pretty helpful, very considerate, very nice guy. helped me calm down more. gonna go get a new phone tomorrow w/ daddy! :) was thinking about the blackberry BOLD (but it costs $300) or an iphone (not sold at the location).. we'll see..

went home, talked beauty w/ the brother's gf for an hour or two :) before and after dinner. i will accept her as my sister in law! hahaha. not only for being able to talk beauty, but.. she's just easy to carry a convo with and i get along w/ her really well. we're gonna have a "girl day".. hahaha. get together and look at each others makeup n stuff. how awesome is that? ;)

was supposed to go to a bonfire at 7pm.. oops. looked at the time at 9:30 (beach closes at 10) aaand.. yea. texted the bday girl and told her i'd meet up w/ them at her apartment. showered, got ready.. (tried "great lash" and "stiletto" mascaras!).. got there around 11? and MAN my head was still messed up.. i couldn't find her apartment for the life of me. i followed a car into a gated parking lot and COULDN'T GET OUT. hahahaha! i was silently freaking out. then i realized i just had to get closer to the gates for the trigger to open. man, anyone who was watching me must've thought i was some sort of retard. i probably made more u-turns in that complex than i ever had in my life -____- ugh.

finally got there.. got in.. felt overdressed (then again, everyone had been at the beach). meh. also felt like a loner! awesome. but eventually made some friends (a white guy with an asian girlfriend.. LOL go figure i head towards the asian). people were sort of kicked out 'cause they were being too loud.. eventually talked to the OTHER asian at the party who agreed with my "asians stick together" thoughts. then eventually he left.. so i sort of sat there and listened to other people's conversations. drank one glass of wine, one glass of sprite, ate a few brownies. got dubbed "the little asian".. was asked my last name three times BY THE SAME GUY (who dubbed me). was stepped on twice within 5 minutes.. was upgraded from the ground to a chair cushion to a couch cushion.. laid on the marvelously awesome couch, almost fell asleep.. watched a few TV shows (lame ones, i really hate reality TV).. was offered to be walked to my car.. got up and left. home around 4:15am.

one parent who was downstairs (asleep), woke up and.. didn't mind that i was home so late. hm. i love my parents :) tehee.

it was a fairly uneventful party, but i enjoyed it. it's fun socializing with other people besides my SO.. i mean.. i love living with him, i don't regret it, i enjoy (basically) every minute of it. we don't have many friends up in SB so we spend most of our time together (if not all.. but lately w/ his bike, i've been alone at the apt). we have one room mate but we don't really hang out with him too much (we talk and all but we don't have social outings often). our few friends that we DID have all moved or don't really talk anymore. hmm.. so this.. although awkward.. was sort of fun :) i have a few other thoughts but i'll keep them to myself.



this would be a good time to bring up the topic of MUSIC because it has a HUGE effect on my mood. HUUUUGE. but.. i'm tired.. and must wake up and be at the cingular store by 10:30am (parents are going to a wedding tomorrow) to get a new phone and must be awake enough to realize the features, etc so i don't pick a sucky-ass phone. I WISH I HAD MONEY TO GET THE BLACKBERRY BOLD! ugh~ of course i could wait on getting a phone.. and get an iphone.. i dunno. we'll see. just more cost effective to have a regular phone (with a qwerty keyboard! so i can keep up with your damn speed paragraph texting katie LOL) that's free (or at least cheap, eyeing one that's $50) than an expensive phone AND pay more for a plan every month, yes? yes.

so, music post tomorrow. also shooting tomorrow ;D yay.

- mascaras did not hold my curl (outer edge ones are curled but center ones are not)
- falsies are INTENSE! want to try shiseido crisscross tapered ones~
- katie is awesome for getting me (and the bro's gf) k-palette eyeliners! :)
- on that note, get to see katie on sunday!
- must wrap bday presents with actual wrapping paper~
- i enjoy driving at night
- on that note, 40mph is SLOW AS HELL!!
- i have an awesome boyfriend.
- tired. must regular sleeping schedule.
