161. updates on fire

SO apparently the house that caught fire (and burned down) on my street caught on fire due to the embers flying in those damn winds. the rest of the houses in my neighborhood (at least as far as my family could see) were fine, no idea about the culdesacks (sp?) that we can't see. apparently one of my friend's fence was on fire as she left :| 

my family DID evac safely to fullerton (bro's gf's parents' house).. but they went back to check on the house, found most of the neighbors had stayed.. and then.. they decided to stay. even though that one house was still burning :( it was 2 houses up, across the street. MAn! i was so scared :( but they kept telling me not to worry. i called up another friend neighbor and they had evac'd but their uncle had stayed.. she said she'd call me when her uncle evac'd and told me not to worry. she hasn't called at all so i guess it's ok.

my parents called later and told me everything was fine so far, just that they were tired and there was LOTS of smoke in the air. i'm going to call in a few min to see how it is.. 

went to jeff's and played guitar hero.. eun young came over too. ate ice cream and played.. drums is fun :) i'm sort of picking it up! yay. 

to lighten the mood.. he's so creepy :(

FLIRT! "tipoff" eyeliner - can't really see it :| sort of covered it. outer half + wing

NuColour "sophisticates" (dark grey) - over eyeliner on "crease"

dark? maybe. i think it was fine :)

just called home.. EVERYTHING'S OK! it moved on to near the 57 and 60.. diamond bar area. my home is still there, family's safe. whew. lots to be thankful for this thanksgiving.. hope you guys had at LEAST half my luck.
