merry christmas!

so i realized i didn't post about getting to texas. so the flight wasn't ALL that bad.. then again.. i'm comparing it to my first flight (and only flight) to japan. LOL. plus we had good tailwinds and all that other jargon :) so that was nice. and the girl next to me was sleeping the whole time so it wasn't weird or anything. OH. but our flight was delayed by a whole hour :(

got to texas.. so nice and cold! it was sort of raining, so i couldn't wear my leather jacket (boo). got inside.. was greeted thoroughly by his three dogs. and avoided his devil cat.

played lots of Wii Fit :) first day for 1 hour then the second day for 30 minutes. my one-legged balance suckkssss.. decided if i get money, that i want to get it for SB. i think it'd be fun. plus it'd make me exercise if it was in game form..... ahem.

ate at chipotle.. and.. napoli's. took pics at napoli's :) good pizza. oh! and ate lots of the salsa at their house LOL.. and i mean lots. i wonder when they'll notice. the jar was almost full and now it's like.. 1/3 full.. teheehee..

yea, i dunno where it is either :P hahah! but apparently it was on a USA map.. guess louisiana isn't that big if it has this place on the map.

left sometime on christmas eve.. drove.. drove.. drove :( sooo much driving! we took one of bryant's puppies with us :) koy. so so cute! she slept on me most of the time :) tehee. likes me better than bryant. or something ;P okay.. so.. bryant says it's because he had the laptop on his lap (we were watching "burn after reading"--LOOOVEEE brad pitt in that movie!! hahhaa).. and when she DID lay on him.. she managed to take the CTRL key off his laptop. LOL.

anyway.. stopped to eat at chili's.. and guess what present my body decided to give me? YUP. started right as i walked into the restaurant.. freeaaaaaaking aye! :( had to stop by a gas station 'cause stupid me wasn't thinking about it. and i grabbed scented ones. what the eff? scented? why? i don't think it makes a difference. i don't care to find out. LOL. and.. uh.. yea. our waiter was kinda NUTS.. i think he was either drunk or high. who knows.

found out we're gonna go see the transiberian orchestra on sunday!!! :) bryant's parents got us all tickets. schweeeeet.

fiiinally got to the house.. after turning around a couple times.. apparently they haven't come here much (and apparently it's a new house). soo nice! it's by a lake too. literally. ON a lake. screw that east lake fakey stuff. it's a real lake! i gotta go out and take some pics before we leave. i got hugs from both his grandparents.. and the weird thing is.. his gpa's name is WALLACE too! hahaha. weird. anyway.. yes. met his sister too.. not nearly as frightening of an experience as i thought. i forget. i was really tired.

got woken up 'cause people were moving into the living room (we were sleeping on an air mattress right next to the tree). woke up, stumbled around.. man oh man. i don't think i've seen that many presents in my LIFE under ONE tree!! hahaa. for only.. 9 people. present opening lasted FOREVEr. and i got presents too!! :) i'll take pics and post it up later. bryant got a whole new wardrobe LOL. seriously. he got ALL clothes then.. a wallet. hahaha. then his sis got us a sushi making kit.. told us to perfect it before she came out to visit.

ate breakfast (breakfast burritos).. cleaned up the mountain of wrapping paper/boxes.. and.. fell asleep. LOL. go figure. there was no way that i could wake up that early and stay up too. can't have the cake and eat it..

anyway.. the uncle, wife and two kids came over. mark, laura, lyle and leah. leah's 4.. and adorable. she definitely uses her cuteness as a weapon. she wanted us to play her "monkeys on the bed" game with her and gpa so she laid on bryant and snuggled with him.. told him she was good at snuggling.. then asked him to play. LOL. so we played.. i won? woohoo. she was sort of upset, she said she wanted to win (played earlier and kristin--dan's wife--bryant's sister in law--won). took a shower 'cause my cat allergies were acting up (OMFG they have the cutest cat ever). felt better--hah. cramps, headache, exhausted. took a short nap..

then we had DINNER. oh man. the grandma made an awesome potatoe casserole. croissants, honey ham, turkey, green beans, salad, carrots. so full :( laid down and was about to fall asleep.. then the grandma (gayle) pulled out a blueberry pie. OH MY. i had to have some. and it was delicious :) and i had two servings.. i definitely did not NEED two servings.. so i went into food coma and fell asleep. LOL.

recently woke up.. and here i am. blogging. the adults are drunking. yes, drunking. LOL. i stayed away from the alcohol this time.. took a small sip when we were toasting.

christmas just ended here.. 12:00am. but not for the rest of you lovelies in california! miss you girllssss :( and guys too, tehee. staying here in louisiana til sunday sometime. probably won't post pics until after we get back to texas.. bryant's lappie doesn't get internet and i don't feel like loading pics onto the grandparents' lappie.

o btw g-dawg.. bryant's mom LOVED the color! her current purse is actually the same color LOL.. what are the odds. but she did get a new michael kor's (sp?) purse which is black.. but you know. s'all good. and she ironically enough.. got me a scarf too!
