bincins (mr garcia!) and mandee (amanda selnick) came to visit me today. it was sort of weird, i didn't know what to do or where to show them around so we walked around state street, walked down to the wharf, chilled at a restaurant, then ate there (santa barbara shellfish company). then we came back to the apartment and played rock band for awhile, then we all got tired and so they left. it was pretty nice though. posted the 2-3 pictures i took in my facebook. bincins said he'd post the other ones on his. haha, bincins. still feels weird calling him by his first name but he insists it. he and bryant seemed to get along, so that was cool. bryant (AND brad) thought it was weird that my band director was coming up to see me but.. i guess they thought it was less weird 'cause he's so young (only recently turned 27).

073. short
my brother recently got a girlfriend named joyce. she's 21, he's 26. i haven't met her yet. i'm happy that he found someone. his last (and only other) girlfriend was when he was in junior year of high school. crazy. he said something about how joyce is going to NY, i don't know when, how, why, or for how long.. but.. yea. oh well. i'm happy for him. apparently they're going out to lots of places together. cool, cool.
first day of taking notes: at a demo for large format digital. interesting. laptop ran out of battery 'cause bryant and i were taking notes for business class (earlier in the morning). lame. took more notes on his iphone (he has the new one, 3g, so i can use his old one. i think. sweet. he said i was welcome to it if i wanted to buy the iphone service.. another $30 or something. eh? i duno, i'd rather use it for notes and games). that was fun. sort of got irritated at each other at lunch over nothing. i sort of wanted to eat the salad we had at home but he said it would take too long and said chipotle. so that was sort of irritating 'cause we dragged that one out a little too long. then he said burrito bol and i said burrito.. and.. that again, dragged out too long. ended up getting two separate things. and all was well. i think we were both just tired and hungry so we got irritated. go figure. stupid thing though.
i feel like i should go to a dermatologist. my face is STILL breaking out and it makes me just blarghhh every time. especially these past few days.. broke out ALOT. i don't even know why. it just makes me feel so gross and ugly.. self conscious and insecure. i can forget about it but when i see myself in the mirror, it just all comes back to me again. i usually only break out when i'm about to start my period but it's too soon for that. i don't know. driving me nuts :\
morning classes. monday through thursday, 9:30-12:15.. some exceptions. that's the main rule. more notes tomorrow. sleep time now. gooooooooodnight, ladies..

haha thats cool though. i hope i can visit you sometime too.
as for the breakouts...i just want to say that its actually natural to still breakout now. i know the insecurites will still be there but yeah. i mean go see the dermatologist but it will probably be normal and they will give you some strong cream to stop the breakout =D that's what they did for me in middle school =D.
mr. garcia visiting you is definitely... interesting :) hahaha, but super cool cuz i know him and he is one cool cat.

as for the acne thing, im totally experienced in this. you name it, i've tried it. try looking for a cream with benzoyl peroxide. if you go to the derm., they will probably prescribe you a stronger cream, or antibiotics. antibiotics work well, but its not recommended that you take them for too long, because your body will develop a resistance to it. and thats no good when you're actually sick and need them. lastly, theres always laser surgery, but thats for ppl with major acnce, like me. and... its really expensive, time consuming, and it kinda hurts. hahaha, let me know if you have any questions or concerns! im your acne girl! :P
that's pretty interesting having the high school teacher come to visit haha but sounds fun too at the same time =) wait a sec whos brad again? haha
well for the breakout thing, i dont know if it will help but i use this cream thing too...i odnt know how strong it is but it works for me. but yea i agree with stacy that all of this is normal too
