164. lips lips lips.

EW! don't mind my horrible lips :( i didn't notice they were that bad until after i took the pictures.

Ultra Color Rich "Sparkling Rich Ruby" lipstick (link)

+/- very sheer.. more sparkly with a slight hint of color. 

+ not cakey at all

+ goes on very easily (what lipstick isn't? maybe there's one out there, who knows)

+ is very pretty by itself.. in the case.. 

+/- not one of my usual colors.. but i think i could get used to it

- has a scent that i'm not a big fan of.. like.. salt water taffy? i dunno, it's weird.

- the outside casing is fat/bulky (to me) for a lipstick.

+ price: only $2.99 (sale price).

OVERALL: i think i like my MAC viva glam lipstick better overall. this was the sort of color (coverage?) i expected from a lip gloss but without the stickiness. i think the part that bothers me the most is the smell. i think the color in real life is much prettier than in the picture and now that i'm used to the color, i think i like it a lot :) i like the sparkles that are in it, gives you shine without looking overly ridiculous.

RATING: 3.8/5 (the smell bothers me a lot.. but seems to go away after minute or two)

Glazewear "Darling Pink" lipgloss

+ very pretty color :) even though i'm not much of a pink person (at ALL). i think this color would look good on just about anybody (but what do i know).

- very sticky too :| it seemed like the longer i left it on, the stickier it got. maybe that was just me though.. i don't think i helped it 'cause i kept smacking my lips together LOL. i just came back from class (3 hours) and it didn't bother me at all.

+ has a scent but it doesn't bother me much. it smells like..... cake. mm.. 

+/- made me feel very girly! i don't know what it is. maybe because of the pink. and.. i don't like being girly very often. at least not GIRLY girl, i leave that up to my friend beth ;)

+ price: only $1.99 (sale price)! oh baby! :)

OVERALL: i just noticed.. i don't think i put very much on. either that or i can't catch that incident angle to show you the gloss/shine. i'm normally REALLY bad at picking out colors for lipgloss/lipstick.. just because.. i never really wore it before, and when i did, i chose more of a sheer/shine for a lipgloss and NEVER touched lipstick (except for halloween in 8th grade.. but that's a different story). ANYWAY.. it's a VERY pretty color and i'm glad i picked it. the stickiness bothered me at first but i got used to it :) so it can't be ALL that bad. also.. it turns out it has more color than i thought.. i bought some starbucks at break and looked down at my cup after i drank some and was surprised. definitely not a bad thing though.

RATING: 4.5/5 (marking off 'cause of stickiness.. yes.. i'm picky!)

hahah, i LOVE "kung fu panda". love love. i think i've watched it 3 times now, possibly 4.

some makeup came today! supposed to come tomorrow too (NYX i think).. and the others.. i dunno. they're taking awhile for whatever reason :(

i dunno about them being very shiny.. i haven't applied them on yet. i rubbed it a few times with my finger and they didn't smear, yay~ very easy to apply.. but maybe it was just because it was on my arm. talk more about it later when i actually apply some on. but i do think my MAC eye kohl ended up being blacker.. but maybe it was because it's a thicker line. eh. who knows.

got it in midafternoon yesterday? today? and had to shower and go run some errands and go to studio.. :( bryant's model didn't even show up! we cleaned up after 20 minutes (she didn't answer her phone either) 'cause we made an appt for haircuts at REGIS.. got there about 5-7min late. oh well. s'all good. forgot what time we finished but my haircut was only $40 (vs $45 before.. i think? i forget) and.. went to CHIPOTLE!

i was gonna cook tonight but.. it just sounded.. so good..

just trimmed and styled my hair. angled bob :) nice, clean. don't have to straighten the back anymore, hahha. stylists were jealous that my hair was that nice (they both have curly hair) and blow dried so easily. plus i needed it cleaned up with holidays coming and all.. so many pictures being taken! :( hahha. next to my beautiful fabfive girlies, i can't be even the SLIGHTEST bit disheveled looking ;)

i need to use chapstick more :(
