dramatic smokey purple FOTD

washing his hands dutifully after cleaning his chains.. haha! he loves bath&body works more than i do! (at least the grapefruit hand soap).

w/o lippie.. and my darn nose decided to peel again D: D: eek.

without mascara

with mascara (yes, i found it)! but.. with horrible lighting.. cough :(

a better angle.. and it's messy looking 'cause 1. it's hard to get any onto my lashes! and 2. i'm totally out of practice (i haven't tried using mascara in YEARS..). but ooo! you can see my purple eyeliner :)

maybelline "nude blush" + MAC "viva glam V"

fierce? hahahaa.

how yellow am i? ahhaa. with flash.

and a generic silly pose.

products used:
- MAC "shroom" for highlight & inner corner
- NYX "black"
- NYX "eggplant"
- adorned with grace "romantic" to blend darkness w/ highlight
- NYC "smoky plum" eyeliner
- NYX lengthening mascara (i'll review it later if anyone wants)

totally started off w/ just "romantic" and "eggplant".. then i decided to darken it.. then it turned into a dramatic smokey eye look. HMM..

VERDICT; i think it's too dark on me :| it doesn't look BAD persay but it's not the best look i've done (and the boyfriend totally agreed with me). hmm.. how to put it.. too much make up for not enough eye (ha ha, my eyes are small..).

OPINIONS?

I think you did a great job following the shape of your eyes with the dark shades, really nice! :D You could add some highlighting color to the brow bone area, and on the inner corners, to brighten the whole look up.

Did you curl your lashes before mascara??

I love the shape of your eyes! Monolids get away with color so much better than I can >.<. I love your monolids! My eyes are so finicky and change all the time .. -_-
