just liked the song. brad came back from kentucky.. he seemed a little distant from us so i asked him if he wanted breakfast. made him a bagel + cut up some strawberries + OJ. bryant had already asked for breakfast earlier so he was eating bagel + strawberries + tea. we got some sort of orange something tea.. celestial teas. it's pretty good with honey. i just woke up and felt like a mom. so i cleaned up the kitchen, had a cup of tea and just have been sitting here on this laptop.

opened up my first checking account on wednesday. wells fargo for the win? something like that. the lady that helped me actually went to brooks before. i found that interesting.. she interned for awhile but decided that she needed a job that would pay the bills so she switched to banking. she went to brooks for two years.. but still. i wonder if i'd end up like that.

i feel a little discontent.. and i'm not quite sure why.

so i meant to edit last night but that didn't happen. oh well. s'all good. let's see. here's pics of the dinner at BOUCHON (fancy restaurant), taken with bryant's iphone.


champagne. apparently it was bouchon's 10 year anni or something? so if it was YOUR anni, they'd do something special (or something). so we got these pretty rose petals on the table and a really pretty glass of champagne (each). it actually was a pretty good champagne, not dry at all.

forgot what this was called. it was a pate (pat-ey) of boar's meat, with dried apricot and mustard and other things. it was pretty good. of course i didn't have the foresight to take a picture of it BEFORE we ate it.. d'oh -___-

yours truly.. with my messed up bangs D: ughh! at least um.. you can see.. my sexy eyebrow? and MAN my boobs look weird. hahaha :P but.. yea. i didn't get a good picture of bryant in his dress shirt + nice jeans + casual/nice shoes + leather jacket.. BOO. he didn't want me taking out my little powershot in the middle of dinner. 'cause you know, doing that is classy :) hahaha and you know me. my middle name is classy! (harharhar)

YUM. the pale yellow wine (either "felix noche ries" or "vino v confundido"--one of them is bryant's) went with my salmon.. and the darker one (lindemann's raspberry lambic) tasted like a freaking wine cooler (LOVE--it also went super well with my chocolate dessert) that went together really well with our salad (that's why we got it).. that i also forgot to take a picture of (the salad) before we ate it :( boo. anyway.. yea. and that salmon.. was the best salmon i think i've had in a long, long time. SO GOOD!

bryant's new york. it was pretty good.. but the hash underneath (see that little yellow stuff?) made it totally worthwhile. 

and NO! i forgot to take a picture of dessert. plus it was getting sort of dark by then so the pictures wouldn't have turned out well anyways.. but we got molten lava chocolate cake + brazilian ice cream from MCCONNELLS!! (LOVE) and.. bryant got some blueberry cake thing with lemon icecream ALSO FROM MCCONNELLS!! ..but i preferred my dessert ten times to his blueberry thing. even though it was good, i was in a chocolate mood. 

yes. so. okay. that was dinner.. bryant was.. really kind of messed up after dinner (he was just being really silly) and i definitely felt a buzz (it's okay with wine 'cause it's wine! wine is good. but regular alcohol, i will rarely drink.. unless.. i'm at home with my family and they tell me to try something, which they haven't done in awhile 'cause they usually drink the same things). so we walked around state street, and eventually went into a longs drugs to get a few things. and i was standing in an aisle looking at stuff (hair removing wax! hahahah), bryant came up from a different aisle and just hugged me.. and told me that when he was walking up and he saw me, he thought i was SO gorgeous. and he also told me that it was not the wine that was talking.. hahaha, what a loser. but, yea. it was pretty happy. then, as sort of messed up as he was (i think he had agreed to this earlier in the day when he wasn't drunk), he agreed that if i bought wax, that i could wax him. 

HAHAHAHAHA. how could i turn that one down??

so i ended up waxing part of his thigh and most of his abdomen hair.. and since we had some left, i also did his right armpit. ahahhaa. man. that was pretty funny. then he went to go take a shower and ended up shaving his legs (that took FOREVER!!) and since he was sort of buzzed still, he asked me to stay around to give him support. what a loser -__- so i stayed awake for another hour.. or however long that took.. and yes, he emerged with (basically) hairless legs. missed some spots.. like.. his knee.. hahaha. oh well. yes. i'm sure all of you girls wanted to read about all of that :) 

anyway.. on another note.. i am officially working for brooks and i start monday. woot for note taking jobs! i finally got in touch with the lady (candice) and got my social sec and driver's lic copied, filled in paperwork to get my checks auto-transferred into my brand-spankin'-new wells fargo account.. and.. yup. i am in. sweet.

and, on another note (i think it's the final note.. and it might be a fermata.. hardyharhar).. i've been having super super super intense dreams lately. LONG ones with LOTS of people and LOTS of action.. but it's more like movie scenes instead of being those really random dreams i've had before. and they're really intense. really. and i meant to write down my other dreams but i just hadn't gotten around to it so, of course, i forgot them but last night's dream.. yea. plus i just felt like blogging :P hahha. so. here goes: 

LAVA. i was somewhere near this huge mountain that was exploding but i didn't even know it. i was with people who REMINDED me of kat hu and james griffith but i don't think they were really them. anyway, we could somehow transform into other animals (i know there was part of the dream before this but my memory's fading).. so we jumped? into a pool (river/stream) that was going down a mountain and had to swim away (but i don't remember there being lava threatening us before this).. and we transformed into worms (or something) because they swam faster? and occasionally we'd have to stop because there was this column of white smoke in the water (apparently lava hitting water), then as it faded away, we'd keep swimming. and we went uphill and onto some sort of platform and we could see the lava showing through the earth and we had to decide how to get out of there (the water had disappeared by then.. i guess we had trekked for awhile or something.. either that, or now that i think about it, the water would have been too acidic to swim in anyways) and we looked down a bridge but we could see lava and i kept looking around to find other routes but all i could see was lava showing through.. and we took a step towards the bridge and it collapsed and we were like.. "wouldn't THAT have sucked, ha ha ha" but we weren't really nervous. and i remember at one point, the guy hugged me and it felt really good, not jealous at all (which is why i don't think it was kat and james 'cause i had a third person scene of us hugging and it wasn't james, haha. actually, i think it went all anime-esque on me). anyway.. yea. i found some dirt (dirt! whoo) and we went down this steep hill and lava burst through but i jumped over it somehow and we had to switch sandals or something and there was lots of jumping over fences. and there were some other kids on skateboards or something and there was this handicapped kid (fake arm and leg) and they both fell through into the lava D: ugh. and somehow i got over to some parking lot that reminded me of arcadia's football field and i was trying to get to my car (i had a flashback that i parked there, looking for people.. maybe that's how i met up with kat/james-like-people?) and i was trying to get over there and i saw adam lam. and people were driving away in their cars but also falling into the lava so i said screw it and was trying to get back. and we had to jump on this platform thing to get over to the safe side and adam's dad jumped before me and the platform got swallowed up. but then i also jumped (after? what? i didn't understand this, it would've been at the same time that adam's dad jumped) and i almost fell in but adam grabbed me and i was so happy, i hugged him and it felt really good too. 

and.. i think that's about the time that i woke up. kind of sore. maybe i was twitching alot. 

but yea, really vivid, intense dreams like that lately. :\
